Application Fee: HK$290
For online application, please pay the application fee of HK$290 by FPS, PayPal or specified credit card (VISA, MasterCard, UnionPay, American Express, Discover or Diners Club). (Applicable to White Form Applicants Only)
For application by post/ by hand, applicants are required to pay application fee of HK$290 by a crossed cheque or cashier's order made payable to 'HONG KONG HOUSING SOCIETY' (Please write down the name and the contact no. of the applicant at the back of the cheque or cashier's order. Cash, post-dated cheque or electronic cheque will not be accepted.)
The application fee, once paid, is non-refundable and non-transferrable, no matter the application is successful or not.
The applicant must be at least 18 years old and must have lived in Hong Kong for at least 7 years on the closing date of application. His/ Her stay in Hong Kong is not subject to any conditions of stay (except the condition on the limit of stay).
Mainly applicable to household living in Rental Estate units, Public Rental Housing units, Elderly Persons' Flats, Holders of a valid Green Form Certificate and Recipients of the Rental Allowance for the Elderly Scheme.
Mainly applicable to household living in private housing units and family member of household living in Rental Estates units or Public Rental Housing units or any other subsidised housing projects/ schemes units，with Total Monthly Income Limit and Total Net Asset Value of the Household meeting the following criteria:

#Contribution under the Mandatory Provident Fund (MPF) Scheme or Mandatory Provident Fund Schemes Authority's Recognised Occupational Retirement scheme(s) are deductible from a household's income for the purpose of vetting the applicant's eligibility. (At the statutory rate of 5% or the actual contribution amount, with a cap of HK$1,500 and whichever is the less, all contributions other than mandatory contributions are voluntary and thus cannot be deducted.)
